Legal notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

The following is displayed for Dencho Rename's paid plan in accordance with Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act.

Seller: Polar Software, Inc. (3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA). Polar sells the paid plan, processes payments and issues invoices and receipts.
Service provider: The operator of Dencho Rename (an individual)
Operator's name, address and phone number: Provided by email without delay upon request. Please send your request to the email address below.

Price: Monthly plan ¥480 (tax included), yearly plan ¥3,980 (tax included)
Other fees: Internet connection charges are borne by the user.
Payment methods: The methods shown on Polar's checkout page, such as credit cards
Payment timing: The fee for the first period is paid at purchase. After that, the same amount is charged automatically every month for the monthly plan and every year for the yearly plan.
Delivery: A license key is issued as soon as payment is complete. Activating the key on the pricing page unlocks the paid features immediately.
Contract period and automatic renewal: One month for the monthly plan and one year for the yearly plan. The plan renews automatically for the same period and price until cancelled.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from Polar's customer portal (sign in with the email address used at checkout). After cancelling, the paid features stay available until the end of the paid period.
Returns and refunds: Because this is a digital service, refunds after purchase are not given as a rule, and there are no prorated refunds for cancelling mid-period. However, if you bought twice by mistake, or a defect in the service kept you from using the paid features and the operator could not resolve it, the full amount will be refunded after you contact us. See Article 5 of the terms of service.
